The first step is to acknowledge this is a problem, which you have done so well done. The second step is to continue to realise this is a problem because as the cravings hit we tend to start rationalising away the problem thinking it is not so bad.
You need to form a real plan on how to avoid the problems and also how to dig deep inside yourself to find the root causes of your needs to use porn in such huge amounts. You are a teenager though so your hormones are going to play a massive part more than older men and women so do not fret too much.

I have been viewing it for several years. It is a personal problem. I notice a few things that it changes in me, but it is nothing extremely harmful. That is just me though. I personally do want to stop though. I have been watching since I was about 10, so 8 years now. That is the only problem I have. I saw it at such a young age that it became a part of my mind as it developed. I still view women as equal. Maybe we should put even more effort into keeping it from minors or society all together. Maybe it should be illegal.

I think it would be almost impossible to make it illegal, but your point about starting at a young age is very important. As we grow and our brains develop, something like pornography is going to become an ingrained habit and may cause changes we do not want as adults later in life.
It is certainly not going to warp every child’s brain or anything - but as you say it can become a personal problem that is very difficult to quit - and in more extreme cases it can become a life destroying problem for some as well.
The problem is addiction more than it is pornography, porn is just the substance beign abused in this case but anyone can get addicted to behaviours or substances if they have some sort of high attached to them.
Good parenting, porn blockers, and education are all we have at the moment to keep it out of young people’s hands.
